DOCUMENT CONTROL

The Requirement are :

• This position and will  require a strong and independent with the effective communication skills and work ethic.

• Responsible for the recording and filing of documents and correspondence for Project.

• Adherence to the Company Integrated Management System and Project Execution.

• Responsible for the implementation and maintenance of the project software for document and correspondence control and distribution.

• Responsible for the document retention, retrieval and filing of the project documentation.

• Responsible for the issuance and distribution of documents and maintenance of relevant registers.

• Co-ordinates with Managers, Engineers and Superintendents on documentation control.

• Maintains the Document Control System for the overall project.

• Compiles monthly reports for all main areas on information received from Managers, Engineers and Superintendents.

• Prepares registers and reports on documents/ drawing/ correspondence status and documentation submission.

• Excellent communication skill in Bahasa and English both.

• At least  5  years experience in a similar position in Mining / Oil & Gas Construction Industry.

• This position is available at the Project Location.

ELECTRICAL SUPERINTENDENT (Senior Position in Construction)

Minimum Requirement:

* This position and will require a strong and independent leader with the effective communication skills and work ethic
* Understand and able to coordination in Quality Assurance and Technical  process for the electrical  & Instrument installation work (i.e. coordination in Request For Information, Non Conformance Report, Technical Query,Design Change Notice or Field Change Request ) with Client, Engineer and Subcontractor
* Understand and able to ensure good coordination of E&I installation with other discipline
* Understand all scope of plant E&I system including SCADA and PLC system
* Understand E&I Installation testing requirement, function testing, pre- commissioning and wet commissioning
* Minimum S-1 Degree in Electrical Engineering with at least 10 years experience in Electrical Engineering and Site Installation of processing plant (Oil & Gas, Petrochemical or Chemical Plant)

Major Requirements: Electric Automation, Mechanical or Hydraulic

Gender: Male;
Work Type: Full-time job

Requirements of Experiences and Skills:
Professional Experiences:

* College degree, more than five years working experiences;
* Bachelor degree, more than three years working experiences;

Professional Skills:

* Mechanical engineer should have good command of mechanical theory and hydraulic theory, and have rich experiences in mechanical or hydraulic maintenance;
* Electrical engineer should have good command of high and low-voltage electricity distribution technique, Siemens PLC and AC frequency control technique;

English Skill:

* Be good at reading English technical materials, and have good capability of listening and speaking;
* Study Ability:
* Self-study and understand Top Drive equipment mechanical theory, electrical theory and hydraulic theory in short time;
* Self-study drilling engineering and professional English;

Adaptive Capacity:

* Work in the nasty natural environment and can be patient of the boring drilling environment;

Emergency Response Capacity:

* Good emergency response capacity and trouble-shooting ability,  excellent psychological enduring capacity;

Communicative Competence:

* Manage relationships with clients, drilling crew and our colleagues;
* Deal with drilling problems in right way;

Hands-on Ability:

* Solve the equipment problems;
* Change the parts independently.;

Physical Qualifications:

* 25 to 40 years old, be in good condition and no acrophobia.

Main Duties:

* Installation, commissioning, maintenance, troubleshooting, customer training and related technical support for drilling equipments;
* Maintain and promote relationships and report for equipment working condition;

Work Shift:

* Working on drilling site for 3 months is 1 shift, then take vacation for 1 month;
* 7 to 8 months (no longer than 9 months) work on drilling site every year.

Location:

* Oil field abroad;

We are currently seeking suitably experienced engineers to support site operation.
These positions will be responsible  for managing various technical, engineering and planning aspects of the project works execution.
Applicants must be able to demonstrate prior site experience within the construction and heavy industry sectors.

Key responsibilities include:

• Supporting and coordinating with Project Manager and Superintendents on engineering, temporary works, scheduling and status of the project.
• Controlling field construction engineering and schedules for overall programs.
• Developing inspection practices for site supervisors to ensure effective and satisfactory progress and completion of all work areas for the project
• Preparing reports on progress and providing general technical assistance to the construction staff.
• Maintaining and controlling engineering documents and drawings.
• Assist in preparation of construction schedules and work methods.
• Carry out progressive engineering audits of temporary and permanent works in accordance with the project specifications and drawings.
• Comply with the Company safety, quality and environmental requirements.

To be considered for this role you must have:

• Minimum 8 years experience within the construction and heavy industry sectors.
• Bachelor Degree in civil engineering or suitable equivalent.
• Experience in project engineering and a working knowledge of project management.
• Knowledge of various Standard of Inspection such as AWS, API & ASME, etc
• Sound working knowledge of HS&E requirements and implementation of same.
• Strong and clear communication skills (English verbal and written) with proven ability to engage others.
• Effectively communicate and drive positive outcomes with managers, staff and workforce.
