• Mempunyai pengetahuan yang kuat dan baik di bidang Geologi
• Dapat dengan baik menjelaskan mengenai coal outcrops, coring, dan prosedur geotechnical sampling.
• Geological mapping, Channel sampling & processing data
• Processing for drill hole data with Surpac software & Autocad ( Quicksurf )
• Processing for topographical data with Surpac software
• Calculation for reserve with Surpac software & Autocad ( Qicksurf )
• Planning for design pit with Surpac software & Autocad ( Quicksurf )
• Report data SKIP, Exploration & Feasibility Study
  

SYARAT UMUM :

•  Mahir menggunakan komputer ( Office, internet )
•  Kemampuan analisa yang baik
• Kemampuan dalam pembuatan laporan yang komprehensif

Static Supervisor

Role and Responsibility :

1. Responsible for maintenance of mechanical static equipment to ensure the smooth and effective operation.
2. Administer and monitor all work plans as well coordinate and supervise the subordinate to perform the work according to the plans at shop and field.
3. Corporate with planning team to track material management to make sure spare parts is available in the warehouse and ready for use at work shop and field.
4. Monitors all related functions to ensure the works comply with the procedures and specifications.
5. Prepares Task Risk Assessment (TRA).
6. Conduct tool box meeting and weekly safety talk meeting.
7. Provide daily reports which contain the work activities, progress report, work condition, HSE reports, and manpower.
8. Provide weekly report which is consists of the highlight and summary of the daily works.
9. Keep maintenance histories recording.
10. Ensure the Competency Improvement Program for the Trainees under his/her responsibility is implemented.

Qualification :

1. Candidate must be a national personnel.
2. Min. S-1 degree in mechanical engineering with 10 years experience, or a Diploma degree in mechanical or equivalent, with a min 15 years of maintenance experience in oil and gas for static equipment including boiler, loading arms, and platform.
3. Shall understand HSE matter, regulations, codes, and standards applicable to static equipment operation, inspection, and maintenance.
4. Shall understand to read P&ID, isometric drawing, and equipment drawing.
   Good interpersonal and communication skills
   Good English both in oral and written.
5. High analytical skill.
6. Strong leadership skill.
7. Be able to work independently and as a team as well.
8. Be able to operate computer with MS Office software.
