We are looking for qualified and experienced professionals who can work as a team, with proven competencies in the whole range of development and improvement initiatives, to fill the following position:
Mechanical Engineer ( KARAWANG TIMUR )

Qualification and Requirements :

• Male, age : 25 – 35
• Graduated from Technology High School or D3 or S1 University with degree in Engineering discipline. Hydraulic and pneumatics knowledge REQUIRED
• Approximately 3 – 5 years in Rig repair and maintenance. Previous Rig Mechanic experience required.
• Familiar with mechanical equipment including: tanks, pumps, conveyors, and generator.
• Knowledge of HSE practices common to the industry and the company. and familiar with application of the HSE Management System.
• Complete understanding and use of the Maintenance System.
• Willing to use hoisting and lifting devices during the installation process.
• Computer literate and able to use Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power Point, etc.)
• Good communication skill in English both verbal and written
• Ability to work in a fast paced dynamic environment and prioritize tasks.
• Have pleasant personality, hard working, able to work in a team and able to work with all levels.
• Working area : East Karawang (Karawang Timur)

Proven abilities in :

• A wide range of technical skills including:
• Engine repair/overhaul.
• Pump repair/maintenance/overhaul
• Hydraulics/Pneumatics, (able to read circuit diagrams/troubleshoot).
• Maintenance and repair of all engines and equipment on assigned rig covering diesel engines, air compressors, pumps, draw-works and B.O.P. Services, diagnoses faults, divert and carry out necessary repairs
• Install, align, assemble or dismantle, clean, lubricate, move, troubleshoot, inspect, examine, maintain, adjust and repair or replace defective parts of power transmission, vacuum, hydraulic and pneumatic systems, machinery and mechanical equipment, such as pumps, fans, tanks, conveyors, furnaces and generators using hand and power tools, and welding equipment.
• Keep detailed records of work performed
• Operate hoisting and lifting devices such as cranes, jacks and tractors to position machinery and parts during the installation, set-up and repair of machinery.
• Operate machine tools such as lathes and grinders to fabricate parts required during overhaul, maintenance or set-up of machinery.
• Read blueprints, diagrams and schematic drawings to determine work procedures
• other capabilities as a good Mechanical Engineer.

Planning and Scheduling Engineers ( Will be based on Project Site )

Requirement :

1.Responsible for the planning and scheduling functions for the Project including Manpower and Resource Loading/Schedule.

2.Adherence to the Company’s Integrated Management System and Project Execution Plan.

3.In consultation with relevant project personnel, establish and maintain accurate construction, procurement  and deliverables schedules based on the Work Breakdown Structure and contract requirements.

4.Update schedules on a regular basis to accurately reflect current status of progress.

5.Amend schedules to reflect changes to the project scope.

6.Responsible for the efficient and effective project implementation of Microsoft Project software (Primavera is an advantage) for the project to provide accurate forecasting and progress reporting.

7.Develop and maintain s-curve reports and provide overall progress reports and other matters related to schedule as required by the Project Manager.

8.Provide assistance to Engineers on scheduling requirements.

9.Oversee the preparation and monitoring of construction schedules, methods, manning charts and equipment requirements.  Advise on actions to be taken to prevent or improve undesirable trends in progress.

10.Identify possible time impact issues i.e. set up and manage Variation Order Detection System.

Accountabilities :

1.Graduated from min S1 degree

2.At least 7 years experience in the same field (copy of reference letters will be requested)

3.Possess Leadership Qualities, Self-starter with excellent Interpersonal Skills

4.Ability to read and interpret drawing

5.Good communication skill in Bahasa Indonesia and English

6.Willing to work long hours in a high-pressure working environment

7.Positive attitude, outgoing, energetic, responsible, fast learner and independent

8.Target oriented and able to work independently

LOWONGAN KERJA OIL DAN GAS – Biogas Plant Construction Engineer

QUALIFICATIONS :

• Male, max 35 years old.
• Bachelor in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 6 years work experience, of which 2 years preferably in biogas or renewable energy technology.
• Willing to be placed outside Java.

Description :

• He has responsibility for construction supervision, project coordination, quality management (control) of biogas plants, technical training to the staff, implementation of research activities, and standardization of biogas appliances. He works under the close guidance of the Biogas Consultant.

The main responsibilities are :

• Full time on site to check the quality of plants and supervise the activities of construction.
• Overall management of the quality control system for biogas plants.
• Development of quality standards, preparation of quality manuals and procedures and dissemination thereof to programme partners.
• Follow-up project activities and provide feedback to Biogas Consultant.
• Take necessary steps in relation to quality control of the biogas plants including addressing problems observed or reported during the construction or after completion of biogas plants.
• Organize regular quality control review meetings and provide instruction/feedback to Quality Inspectors and Construction Partner Organizations.
• Participate in and arrange technical training for programme staff, masons, supervisors and the users of biogas plants.
• Coordinate with government agencies as appropriate.
• Coordinate technical research and standardization of biogas plant and appliances.
• Prepare quality control reports and provide advices to plant constructors on improvements.
• Perform other biogas-related activities as assigned by Biogas Consultant.
