Lowongan Kerja Oil dan Gas : Equipment Operators

• Experience up to 5 years for Senior Equipment Operators (3 persons)
• Experience up to 3 years for Equipment Operators (6 persons) in the relevant field
• Category Oil and Gas Stimulation/ Gravel Packing/ Sand control/ Fracturing, Start date To be agreed
• Location : Indonesia
• Description of Equipment Operator PT COSL INDO Oilfield services for Oil & Gas companies by offering leading production optimization services.

Responsibilities:

• Under direct supervision, performs a specialized function of  Stimulation/ Gravel packing/ Sand control/ Fracturing and support equipment associated medium to high pressure pumping and understand down hole well tools.
• Assists in the preventive and routine maintenance of stimulation and support equipments.
• Performs daily inventory of all finished products, pallets, and sacks.Ability to read and interpret routine instructions.
• Skills required for Equipment Operator:
• At a fully qualified level, Equipment Operators operate and maintain all equipment related to stimulation, coiled tubing and rigging up (rigless and Hydraulic workover).
• Positions are generally 80% labor working outdoors (offshore is preferably) in climatic weather and 20% lifting / driving.

A sampling of duties include:

• Driving/ lifting a heavy duty, transport vehicle to and from workshop locations
• Rigging up and rigging down the oilfield sites
• Preparation, maintenance and repair of specialized pumping equipment;
• Hooking up iron and hoses and making sure connecting joints are a tight fit to the wellhead
• Loading of hazardous materials for acidizing, fracturing, and nitrogen services
• Preparation of shipping documentation for transportation of hazardous materials
• Duties may also include unloading sand storage silos
• Monitoring and operation of pumping equipment during well stimulation job
• This company cares about safety, so Equipment Operators will always work in teams: check list monthly and report it.
• Assist in cleaning shop and/or yard areas

Candidates must meet the following requirements:

• Formal qualifications in any Engineering background (Minimum Diploma-3/Polytechnic).
• Have a minimum of 3 years experience as an equipment Operator related to Cementing, Coiled Tubing, and/or Stimulation operation. Previous Fracturing or Stimulation experienced is prefered
• The physical ability to work 80-100 hours per week outdoors in all weather conditions.
• The physical ability to lift 80 lbs on a consistent basis.
• A clean background with no felonies and the ability to pass a drug test.
• A strong commitment to safety.
• Willing to travel and support the operation for both onshore and offshore.

General Requirements :

• Minimum Certificate/Diploma in Land Surveying/Geomatic Survey
• Having minimum 2 years experience in Mining Area
• Experience surveying in a open cut operation
• To organize a survey team and planning for daily production work
• Setting out works for pit design, drilling and other mining activities
• Topography update and details pick up within the mining area
• Volume calculations of earth movement
• Providing end of month report
• Willing to work in exploration / mining areas
• Familiarity with GPS and Total Station
• Good knowledge in mining software (Autocad, etc)

Operation Engineer

Reports To (Position): Area Operation Manager

Location: East Kalimantan

Key Relationships:

Site Coordinator will work closely with the PT dnx Indonesia – Dyno Nobel Asia Pacific project management team, dnx Indonesia Operations Manager, the project joint venture partner/customer, and owner of the site facility infrastructure where our operations will be located

Role Competencies:

1. Ensure all project planning, engineering, construction and commissioning activities achieve the required performance in HS&E, compliance with project management policies.
2. Effective development of a solid professional working relationship with all related Joint Venture, customer and support contractors personnel.
3. Provide input to the operational team, and manage as required to ensure operability of proposed facilities and operational plans.
4. Maintain in-depth knowledge of the regulatory standards and permitting process.
5. Perform other related duties as required including hands-on operation of plant and bulk equipment.
6. Install sustainable maintenance program with definition of minimum safety stocks of critical spare parts for plants and operations, organized purchasing of spare parts from local and overseas vendors, setup of SAP purchasing systems, and management of outsourced and in-house mechanical services etc.

Technical Competencies:

1. Education: Appropriate Bachelor’s degree in Mining
2. Experience: with a minimum of 3 years experience; equivalent education and /or experience will certainly be considered.
Technical:
* Possess organizational, communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities in a fast paced, team-based environment.
* Experience in bulk truck operation
* Experience in organizational development, contract management
* Demonstrated ability to build and lead a diverse team to deliver on budget, schedule and quality targets.
* Understanding of Lean business principles.
* Computer skills in AutoCAD, scheduling software, flow diagrams, and spreadsheets. Ability to manage SAP would be well regarded.
