LOWONGAN KERJA OIL DAN GAS – PROJECT PLANNER (Job Location: BATAM)
Reports to Project Manager
Objectives/Purpose of the Role
1. Maintain Project Controls for Integrated Projects to ensure projects are delivered on schedule and at budget
2. Assist in development of initial overall project schedule with the Project Management Team
3. Oversee the maintenance of the project plan; schedule/cost performance analysis and preparation of look-ahead punch lists/plans
Key Areas of Responsibility
1. To develop to sufficient detail to ensure effective control of all objects going into the project deliverables
2. Maintains the project schedule using the full capabilities of Microsoft® Project and/or Primavera
3. Monitors the status of programs/projects as related to project status ensuring that baseline schedule milestones are achieved
4. Critical activities are identified and continuously monitored and reported to project management
5. Collects actual data, updates project schedule, and comes up with reliable schedule forecast with support from project team
6. Identify and collect technical documentation in order to understand the project deliverables and all components
7. As a active member in a cross-functional team, internal and external to Engineering and Operations
8. Resolving issues; establishing and communicating project/program schedules, objective priorities, and targets
9. Provides reports on project established metrics including analysis (i.e. schedule/cost variance), progress report, resource allocation analysis, etc

Knowledge/Experience/Skills/Personal Attributes
ESSENTIAL
1. Manufacturing or engineering or project management/planning background
2. Must be willing to travel to overseas for short assignment during the project execution
3. Basic construction knowledge and installation sequencing required
4. Trained as Primavera user or other relevant planning system
5. Experienced working on FPSO topsides projects
DESIRABLE
