Requirement :

• Fluent and able to ensure all relevant Piping Construction document/drawings/data are received/produced, ensure it is correct and adequate to support Construction activity. (P&ID, GA, KeyPlan, Iso Dwg, etc.).
• Support Field Construction Department on Engineering/Technical.
• Provide engineering support to the construction / commissioning phases as necessary.
• Provide leave relief as appropriate Provide detailed engineering input during all design phases, including interpretation and challenge of standards.
• Actively communicate with other disciplines to optimise areas of interface, during the design development, review and check processes.
• Support design/drawing office personnel with specialist engineering input.
• Promote and encourage the culture of working safety and setting a positive example for all other personnel.
• Bachelor Degree or equivalent in Mechanical Engineering.
• At least 8 years experience in a similar position in Mining / Oil & Gas Construction Industry.
• Excellent communication skill in Bahasa and English both verbal and written.

Description :

• He has responsibility for construction supervision, project coordination, quality management (control) of biogas plants, technical training to the staff, implementation of research activities, and standardization of biogas appliances. He works under the close guidance of the Biogas Consultant.

The main responsibilities are :

• Full time on site to check the quality of plants and supervise the activities of construction.
• Overall management of the quality control system for biogas plants.
• Development of quality standards, preparation of quality manuals and procedures and dissemination thereof to programme partners.
• Follow-up project activities and provide feedback to Biogas Consultant.
• Take necessary steps in relation to quality control of the biogas plants including addressing problems observed or reported during the construction or after completion of biogas plants.
• Organize regular quality control review meetings and provide instruction/feedback to Quality Inspectors and Construction Partner Organizations.
• Participate in and arrange technical training for programme staff, masons, supervisors and the users of biogas plants.
• Coordinate with government agencies as appropriate.

Job descriptions:

• Maintenance of drilling fluid properties via chemical and physical treatment as dictated by the operator/mud program.
• Supervise all mud treatment and ensure proper use and maintenance of solids control equipment.
• Ensure that an adequate rig site chemical inventory and an accurate record of supply and consumption is maintained.
• Ensure provision of a complete, accurate and informative Daily Drilling Fluid Report.

• Ensure all drilling fluid test equipment is well maintained and regularly calibrated.
